I have found lindsey and kailey's books for under 50 cents each... and others for .01 cents... Has anyone used amazon for used books, any reviews???

I frequently buy used books on amazon. Generally, the sellers ship media mail, which is very very very very slow. (Did I mention slow?) Still, it's cheap and in my opinion, worth it.
There are many pricey or out-of-print books I've gotten great deals on using amazon's used books thing. Make sure you read the notes on the condition the book comes in. There is a rubric for classifying books as new, like new, very good, etc. Plus, Amazon often has sellers offering library binding which is much sturdier than regular binding.

I have bought before from some of the store sellers in the amazon used part. I've never had a problem.
Media mail is slow. I wonder if you could upgrade shipping to parcel post? I don't remember it being an issue when I bought a couple of things.
Half.com (an ebay affiliate) is okay, too. I think that if there is a high enough feedback rating, you get the same support against fraudulent selling as you do on ebay.

Half.com is great. Plus, you earn ebay feedback when you buy through them.
You can generally upgrade to higher shipping, but it's usually so cheap that I don't mind waiting.
